Kendall Woods Estates was developed by Van's Development Co., Inc., and Mark & Sandra Ltd. Van's Development Co., Inc. was formed in 1977 by Mark Van Overborg and his wife Sandra. Mark & Sandra Ltd. was formed from M-S Partnership which was created in 1988 by Mark & Sandra Van Overborg. Mark & Sandra are natives of San Antonio and were married in 1970. Through their various companies, Mark & Sandra have been involved in real estate development, investment, brokerage and construction for approximately 30 years. Their real estate experience includes development of shopping centers, apartments, condominiums, office buildings, office warehouse buildings and many residential Hill Country subdivisions. Mark Van Overborg is the designated broker for Van's Realty Inc., who is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors and the Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
